Terms of service
These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use Utplava. We've kept them short and in plain English.
Who we are
Utplava is run by DealUp Strategies Private Limited (CIN U70200KA2025PTC209734), 73, Sai Paradise, Chilimbi, Urwa Store, Mangalore, Karnataka 575006, India ("we", "us"). Email contact@dealup.co.in.
Using Utplava
- You need a GitHub account to sign in, and you must be old enough to have one.
- If you use Utplava for a business, you agree to these terms on its behalf.
- Keep your GitHub account secure. Anything done through your account is your responsibility.
Your apps and content
- Your code, your apps and what your apps store are yours. You give us only the permission we need to build, host and run them.
- You're responsible for what your apps do and for following the laws that apply to them, including privacy laws for your own users.
- Keep your own backup of anything important. Your code already lives in GitHub, and you can export your database at any time.
What you can't host
Don't use Utplava for anything illegal or harmful, including:
- phishing pages, malware, or sites pretending to be another company or person
- spam, or anything that attacks or overloads other systems
- content that exploits children, promotes violence, or infringes someone else's copyright or trademark
- crypto mining, or using Utplava as a file store or proxy rather than to run an app
If an app breaks these rules, we may take it offline, and for serious or repeated cases close the account. Where we can, we'll tell you first and explain why.
Plans and payment
- The free plan is free, with the limits on the pricing page.
- When paid plans launch, they'll be billed in advance, monthly or yearly. You can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. Customers in India are billed in rupees with GST.
- If we ever change a paid plan's price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it affects you.
Availability
We work hard to keep Utplava and your apps running, but we can't promise it will never go down. Utplava relies on other services (listed in the privacy policy), and their outages can affect us too.
Ending your use
You can delete your apps at any time and ask us to delete your account. If we ever decide to shut Utplava down, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice so you can move your apps.
Our responsibility
Utplava is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem, or ₹5,000 if you haven't paid us anything. Nothing here limits responsibility that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Changes and disputes
If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top, and for important changes we'll tell you in the dashboard or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mangalore, Karnataka, decide any dispute.
